Saturday me and my family and my siblings and their families went to my parents house for a big Family Dinner. I brought Boneless BBQ Ribs because my Dad is a fan.
Today the left overs made for a delicious sandwich.
Mini BBQ Sammies
- Boneless BBQ pork ribs
- Bread and Butter Pickles
- spreadable butter
- dinner rolls
Chop left over ribs and warm. Spread a scant amount of butter on the rolls, just enough to protect the rolls from getting soggy (assuming the sandwich is going into a lunch box for later). Add meat and pickle.
